~Turman: I purchased a Galaxy Nexus by Samsung *G plus the Device Protection Service for $*.** per month. I need to return the phone but now I can not speak to anyone. This is horrible. How can a past customer speak to a person? It appears you are only interested in new customers. BAD BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

~Turman: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Turman: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Wirefly's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Turman: For that I would say four out of five.
