GetHuman-167901: I do not like to charge or send a check for payment this day and age. Money orders not an option anymore. Call me old fashion I like control of my hard earned money. I love Woman's Day magazine and wanted to subscribe again after being away for * years, So I stapled my $**.** bill to my payment voucher and taped the envelope shut. I feel that this should have been sufficient and have done this to other magazines. I was told by customer service that you do not take cash as a payment. NO WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT ON THE BILL!! I feel that whoever and where ever the payment went pocketed my payment. The sad thing of this all is that I will not get the magazine I enjoy and I lost my money on top of it. I realize it was not the smartest thing to do sending cash but I feel that people on the receiving end should be honest or be FIRED. I will share my experience with others as I have friends that work for the media and radio. I have lost all trust in Woman's Day Magazine.*Janice Parr***** E **
