~jim2225: I'm trying to delete my account. They require me to type my current password first. I have it written down, but when I type it in, they tell me that isn't my password and to try again. When I try their "Forgot Your Password" link, guess what, yep you're right, they want me to type in my current password. I only have the one I wrote down and that doesn't work. Their whole password recovery system is a useless merry go round. You can't make any headway at all.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting X. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a X problem?
~jim2225: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jim2225: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about X's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jim2225: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other X customers?
~jim2225: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for X to know who you are.
