GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's X customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-sheilab: OK....I am at the end of my rope with Twitter. Someone actually called me back and gave me the exact same number I've been trying. It is ***-***-****. No matter how many times I try to call it? It keeps telling me it cannot be connected as dialed. Here is the e-mail I've submitted to five different departments at Twitter:**I have absolutely NO idea who Esma SONCUL is but it is not me.**My email address to which you responded to my inability to log onto Twitter was met with a letter from you addressing me as Esma SONCUL. Apparently someone with THIS e-mail address: *email hidden* has been posting and it has somehow gotten mixed up with me and MY email address. OK....WHAT IS GOING ON? Apparently this person has made ** tweets inappropriate enough to have MY account suspended. I barely use twitter and have absolutely no idea who this person is or why their account is attached to MY e-mail. I'm a little alarmed at possible hacking. Please respond to me ASAP. Now I'm going to go see if I can read the tweets this complete stranger has posted who somehow managed to connect herself to me, my email as well as my Twitter account. I do not like this ONE BIT.**I'm signing my real name and telephone number because I think I'm a victim of Identification Fraud via Twitter. Please take this seriously. I'm really worried. If it's a matter of a mixed-up data input thingie? Fine. Just let me know. I am afraid to leave my telephone number or other personal information on a forum like this but you have my e-mail.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-sheilab: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about X's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-sheilab: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other X customers?
GetHuman-sheilab: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for X to know who you are.
