GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
Brownbugg: After trying for * days to get my older video card to work with my new Dell, I called XFX. After speaking with Mark, he sent me an email with instructions on how to resolve the issue. When that didn't work and after a few emails back and forth, he offered to replace my existing video card with a new one that would work with the new Dell. Amazing! XFX truly stands behind their products and Mark's customer service is *-star! Because of his attention you guys (XFX) WITHOUT a doubt, have made me a loyal customer for life!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting XFX. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a XFX problem?
Brownbugg: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
Brownbugg: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about XFX's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
Brownbugg: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other XFX customers?
Brownbugg: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for XFX to know who you are.
