~Not Happy with yelp: If you are a business that helps others rate businesses you should understand customer service!!!!!!!!! Pick up a phone a help us, the small business owners, that you are happy to have "unknowns" trash!!

~Not Happy with yelp: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Not Happy with yelp: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yelp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Not Happy with yelp: For that I would say one out of five.

~Not Happy with yelp: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yelp to know who you are.
