~Not Happy with yelp: If you are a business that helps others rate businesses you should understand customer service!!!!!!!!! Pick up a phone a help us, the small business owners, that you are happy to have "unknowns" trash!!

~Not Happy with yelp: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Not Happy with yelp: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yelp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
