~Small Business Owner: The whole phone call was to send me to the website, but when I went to the website, there was no drop-down menu like they had mentioned, nor was there any useful way to actually get customer support, since all of our data was wrong, and we couldn't claim it because the phone number was wrong too but we can't change that without having claimed it. YELP is pretty awful
