GetHuman-roz: Non of the faq's or solutions have worked
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-roz: I have been trying unsuccessfully for * days to upload a video and get the embed code. None of the FAXs or the help solutions have worked. When there are areas for me to put in my name.....nothing at all happens when I try to input my name. I have tried on a few different computers with the same result.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting YouTube. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a YouTube problem?
GetHuman-roz: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-roz: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about YouTube's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-roz: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other YouTube customers?
GetHuman-roz: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for YouTube to know who you are.
