~C PT: Was on hold for three hours until my iPhone dropped the call when I went to charge it's batteries. Then when I decided to call in the morning the next day, the lady I talked to didn't help me with jack and just told me to use the help page, WHICH ALSO DIDN'T TELL ME JACK ****!!!

~C PT: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~C PT: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about YouTube's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~C PT: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other YouTube customers?
~C PT: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for YouTube to know who you are.
