~mlmarsico: Only got an answering service, have sent numerous emails. Inaccurate information on my house ** *th Street ASPINWALL PA not SHARPSBURG..... which means I AM NOT THE DRUG HOUSE, the square footage and facts about the house are wrong, the map is wrong and the average sales of the houses in that area!!!! There is no service but misrepresentation of my house that is impeding the sale!!!!! Suppose I will just need to get a lawyer!!!!! I didn't ask them to misrepresent my house to impede the sale. The only accurate information are the pictures. *** *** ****

~mlmarsico: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zillow's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mlmarsico: For that I would say one out of five.

~mlmarsico: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zillow to know who you are.
