GetHuman-79068: The site was a waste of time, there were so few people on it all located far away. The search options & layout were also bad. What was appalling though was has hard it was to cancel the **** account!!!!*I followed all complex instructions via managing subscriptions via iTunes only to find there is no option to disable auto renewal!!! Also I only signed up for one month & never wanted to renew. I then called & spent ** min on the phone with someone with an accent who kept repeating it was impossible to cancel my account. I know this is not true. He kept repeating to go to iTunes to manage my subscriptions, which I already did. I am so frustrated having spent $** & * hours on the phone!!! Now I have to call*email iTunes so zoosk doesn't steal another auto renewal I never signed up for. HATE. ZOOSK!!!!!!!
