~Annie Dee: After first making the mistake of pressing * for "support" and receiving the B.S instructions to go to their website, I called back and pressed *. Then I got the option to speak to someone about "zynga cards."**In less than one minute, I was speaking to a live person. My issue was that I'd redeemed a Zynga card, but the Farm Cash had not shown up in Farmville *. After checking on my account, the lady apologized and went above and beyond to make it right.**Not only did she fix the problem, (restored missing farm cash) but also GAVE ME AN ADDITIONAL ** FARM CASH for my trouble, as well as *** EXTRA ANIMAL FEED, *** EXTRA WATER PACKS, and *** EXTRA POWER. Wow!!**That is what I call customer service! It's really annoying that they don't make their phone number or email apparent on their website, but boy, when you call them, they come through! THANKS TO GetHuman, of course!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Zynga. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Zynga problem?
~Annie Dee: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Annie Dee: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zynga's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Annie Dee: For that I would say three out of five.

~Annie Dee: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zynga to know who you are.
