~Sherry Brooks: I never even had to wait **sec.The gentleman that answered my call was really very polite and explained what I needed to do, sending me a email to further answer my problems. He Was Truly Very Awesome.Thanks for all the great help :)

~Sherry Brooks: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sherry Brooks: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zynga's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sherry Brooks: For that I would say one out of five.

~Sherry Brooks: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zynga to know who you are.
