GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/05/17?
GetHuman-melodigr: I am on vacation, and I did * purchases, but when I did a larger purchase for zynga, it took ** hours to process, then they thought I had been hacked, so had to send in my drivers license which I did, the problem was corrected, but my purchase ability is still suspended. I have sent in * problem tickets, one which responded with wanting my DL again, which I did, that was over ** hours ago....I am still on vacation and want to play....

GetHuman-melodigr: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-melodigr: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zynga's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-melodigr: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Zynga customers?
GetHuman-melodigr: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zynga to know who you are.
