~Pooky: I am actually the buyer in this situation, and having some return issues. Who I spoke with was more than helpful in assisting me and I hope I get to talk to her again if I end up having to make this a case. :)
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting eBay. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a eBay problem?
~Pooky: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Pooky: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Pooky: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eBay customers?
~Pooky: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
