GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's eBay customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Cherz: My account was stolen. The number sent to my cel phone didn't seem to get me anywhere, so I had a confirmation sent to my email which never came. When I called this number, I couldn't believe the questions they asked. Far too personal, far too close to a credit report. If they can't seem to simply send an email to the email listed on the account, and their confirmation number sent in a text message doesn't work, then I can't answer questions related to my credit report!**I finally got back into my account the next day and changed a few things. Also removed Paypal link for now. It seems really sketchy that they'd ask for the street I lived on ** years ago, but can't seem to send an email confirmation!

~Cherz: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Cherz: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Cherz: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eBay customers?
~Cherz: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
