~had Enuf: The automated system was a waste of time - couldnt find me by phone * or user name. *Then waited for over ** mins ...*Ended up with someone who couldnt speak English or understand me.

~had Enuf: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
