~Joanne Koehn: They don't answer quickly enough and don't care at all for us humans. eBay customer service does not exist and eBay should not be in existence. They don't know what they do.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting eBay. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a eBay problem?
~Joanne Koehn: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Joanne Koehn: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Joanne Koehn: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eBay customers?
~Joanne Koehn: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
