~PO'd at ebastards: the cust service rep would not help he was like a robot.when asked for a supervisor we were put on hold for over ** minutes and then the same guy comes on acting like he knew nothing about our account.Is ebay a bunch of clowns?They act like it with this ****.They also practice double jeopardy by putting restrictions on some other acct. and then restrict ours which we have a store on then charge us monthly but will not let us sell.There are laws against double-jeopardy in this country.

~PO'd at ebastards: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PO'd at ebastards: For that I would say two out of five.
