The date of my purchase was April *, **** - not April *, **** incase they try to rebute my complaint. April *, **** the coupon was expired - but, again, April *, **** was the date of my purchase. This company makes me so mad - the guy says to me - what do you want? I already sent it up to accounting? I said how about an apology that your company is sorry about this mishap and you will fix it today? I said what do I have to do? Complain to BBB or write a bunch of bad reviews to warn other potential customers? Ya'll can see which route I've had to take. eSaleRugs.com makes up bogus promotions and you have to chase them for the promotion you should have had with your promotion - and they still don't give it to you. SHADY.
