~Jenny: I got in touch with iYogi after I realized, what I initially thought to be a small bug in my Dell Inspiron PC, turned out to be something quite beyond my grasp. I was up against publisher deadlines and without warning, whenever I tried to run a large program, my computer just turned off completely! **That*€*s when I decided to make good use of professional support calls and get help. I chose iYogi, although I found their support options a little expensive. I mean I was paying for a full year of support when I wasn*€*t sure I*€*d ever need it again. I can*€*t remember what really prompted me to overlook that aspect, but from the moment I started interacting with the technicians, I was glad I*€*d called. You tend to realize quickly that you are speaking to the right people when they know how to ask you the right questions pertaining to your problems. It was a positive experience. *iYogi works for me, I couldn*€*t have asked for more. And as it turned out I started calling them for all i

~Jenny: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~Jenny: For that I would say five out of five.
