~Arthur: This is "Manipulation Selling" at its best. Their **** is associated with a number of popular tech products...it is easy to think you are calling the vendor, but you are really getting iYogi. The rep talked very fast and was quick to offer free help while cleaning*tuning-up my computer and running a diagnostic to determine need for "critical" attention. The process took at least ** minutes. It looked authentic and I know my system needed a "dusting" - but the offer to fix my critical issues was $*** for a *-year plan and $*** for the *-year plan. I asked for "just a fix" - but that was not an option. When I pushed back on the deal, the sales pitch got increasingly manipulative and insulting. No one should be tormented this way.

~Arthur: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Arthur: For that I would say five out of five.
