~Barbara: We've used Iyogi twice now and both times had problems. Our HP had been infected with a virus while running CA anti-virus. Iyogi is CA's support. After * days, our computer was computer was still not operational. We got off the phone, restored our own system and moved on. second time was a simple issue that took hours to fix. Again many of the fixes required refixes. Sure they are very nice, but it takes all day and sometimes longer and and and rarely do they admit that they are clueless on the issue. This can leave your system in dire straits.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting iYogi. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a iYogi problem?
~Barbara: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Barbara: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about iYogi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Barbara: For that I would say five out of five.

~Barbara: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for iYogi to know who you are.
