~Albert69: While installing a free upgrade to my antivirus and firewall the installation failed and the program was neutered. my computer failed to boot. First I tried to fix the issues myself, but after about * hours of total frustration, I called mt friend. He referred me to iyogi. I made contact with Iyogi and agreed to their terms, $***. The first guy helped me booting my machine. He used a remote control program to do it. Next a second tech introduced himself via text and began working on the core issues. The two of them worked on my computer for about * hours. When the process ended my computer was restored and working perfectly. On my score card Iyogi is outstanding! They did a superb job and considering how much time they invested in the "fix" it was deal.

~Albert69: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
