~beyondpissed: called to get help with Microsoft Office application, technician requird remote access and assured me that he would fix the problem...technician after * hrs of working on my computer installed open office on my computer and completely took off my microsoft office ( which was for school purposes) he charge ***.** for some software that crashed my computer completely after * days...called back and they acted as if they did not know anything about it and tried to do the same thing all over again...now they have blocked my computer from chatting with them online and when they find out who i am either they hang up or try to sell me something...NEVER ADDRESSING THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM!!!!!!
