~yellow 13: The phone was answered right away. The person I spoke with was new, but he found someone right way who could help me with my questions. Didn't take long at all. I was worried after seeing some of the other comments.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting uShip. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a uShip problem?
~yellow 13: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~yellow 13: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about uShip's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~yellow 13: For that I would say one out of five.
