~Briggscrazy: This company is not customer oriented. They do not solve problems. In fact I think they are scamming people. It has been two months, paid a deposit and still no boat. I want my refund back for the deposit.

~Briggscrazy: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Briggscrazy: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about uShip's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Briggscrazy: For that I would say one out of five.
