GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman1823: I went in to return an online purchase that I had made last week. They couldn't get the scanner to scan my bar code on my receipt so they asked if I would just take store credit. I told them I wanted it back on my card but they said I couldn't get my money back other than store credit. They didn't really give me an option to try and get my money back and it's upsetting. Is there anyway I could get my money back?
