~Crystal: There are several recorded prompts that you must pass in order to get to a live representative. All of the prompts encourage you to go online and open up a case. But if you are patient and remain on the line, you will finally reach a live rep. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service, despite the * minute wait time.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting eBay. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a eBay problem?
~Crystal: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Crystal: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Crystal: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eBay customers?
~Crystal: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
