GetHuman-aidenz: Really Knowledgeable and Polite
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-aidenz: I always use iyogi whenever I want anykind of technical assistance. The customer service reps are really knowledgeable and polite. But the only thing which concerns me is that from the last two times they are taking comparitively longer time to resolve the issue as they use to take earlier. I really hate siiting in front of my laptop to get minor issue fixed. I just wish they take less time.
