~sassy: service is degrading on this product and service and will keep declining as long as glen keeps ignoring the service issues in the company he bought originally and how it has become a * ring circus with a comedy club inside!! but hey whatever floats their boat....customers need to complain harder and higher for them to open their eyes to the issues they aint resolving or dealing with in a overall bad pathetic situation the lower levels aint providing...carriers*distributers and higher levels...management! blaming the middle people for not covering their butts!! for their irresponsibility and expecting them to take the blame for everyone else's foul ups....time the customers told the company to take their own blame for their lack of customer service expectations they are to get and dont pass the buck on the employees trying to correct the service failures above and below the center wall..the customer service reps.
