~Sheryl Nelson: the service is worse than terrible and I am about to charge tham for my time on hold minutes have turned in to hours overall. Been trying to get my printer fixed for one month. I will never purchase a dell product again. They call themselves a "global" company. It has been a worse than terrible experience.
