~EvMamma: this is not the number to talk to a human. However I was eventually able to talk to a human by pressing * about * times and not answering any of the voice prompts questions. Once I got to a human my question was answered to my satisfaction.

~EvMamma: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~EvMamma: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Proactiv.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~EvMamma: For that I would say two out of five.
