GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AFLAC customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-194777: Worst company in America to deal with....It is now April * , I called Jan *th **** to report my mothers death & to cancell her * policies & get a refund owed her of $*.**. I sent the death cert. & letter with all policies numbers etc. Have spent at least ** HOURS on the phone ,numerous days since Jan. with different customer service "TEAM LEADERS" to no avail......I am the COURT appointed guardian & need to show the court that everyone who owes my mother has paid her estate. So far * large life ins co's, have settled ,social security , medicare, her state,& county & city pension plans have settled . AFLAC can not seem to refund the $ *.** owed to her estate ...It is now April * ****. I will be finding out who the bozo CEO for AFLAC is and looking up the property records for the area to find his home address & sending him a certified letter , to see why he is not able to run his company properly. Dealing with AFLAC is like dealing with an immature teenager who has a drug problem....

GetHuman: And what about AFLAC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-194777: For that I would say four out of five.

GetHuman-194777: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AFLAC to know who you are.
