GetHuman-275818: I used the 800-827-6364 number I found for on the GetHuman AOL customer phone number page I was on: AOL Customer Service Phone Number
GetHuman: And which of these common AOL customer issues best describes the reason you wanted to talk to them?

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AOL customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-275818: Sounded helpless and demonstrated same. Asked the following question: "Is Netscape part of AOL?" answer: "Why, yes it is?" Question: "If Netscape is now part of AOL, then why-in-the-**** can't AOL solve a Netscape problem?" Answer: We can do nothing about that. You will have to go on the net and contact "help.aol.com". Not impressed. Never even was impressed ** years ago and likely will not be impressed for the next ** years. Oh...my concern...I wanted to retrieve all of my e-mail messages that I was unable to retrieve because of AOL's uninvited appearance!!!

GetHuman-275818: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-275818: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AOL's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-275818: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AOL customers?
GetHuman-275818: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AOL to know who you are.
