~Very unhappy: Horrible customer service. Could not understand the rep so asked for a supervisor. HTC Inspire stopped working after * months, same useless questions asked over and over. Sent another battery, phone still doesn't work, again asked the same questions over and over. Horrible service. Am changing cell companies as soon as possible.
