~Jayne: I still have not spoken to a supervisor and have been hung up on * times. The Samsung Strive is a lemon model. Has been replaced * times and still have same problems. AT&T refuses to give me a different model. I think they are waiting for the warrenty to be up so I have to buy another phone therfore extending my contract..customer service management is a nightmare! They have reps put me on hold and hang up on me. I have never had such terrible service in my ** years of life!*Jayne
