~J: Aetna is a nightmare. I had to push * repeatedly to speak to a "human" and both times they treated me rudely. Very abrupt and pretend they don't know anything about insurance. Keep passing me on to another "human" that never answers. When I ask what number they are transfering. Oh joy, they answered! But absolutely no help for a denied surgery because they said I didn't take Tylenol everyday!!! OMG Like Tylenol will cure my medical problem!!! Now I have to appeal this in WRITING. Surger was to be next week. Took a week vacation time from work for this to happen at the last minute!!!
