~Grace: I work at a busy health care facility. I was checking on a pre certification and the woman I spoke with from Aetna spoke to me VERY unprofessionally. When I make calls to insurance I am very courteous and I want to same from the other end. I was transferred to someone that was helpful.

~Grace: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
