~ranger ron: After the death of my father-in-law we need to change our flight to Sanford FL. Not allowed to change flight ($***.**) we could not cancel the ALAMO car rental ($***.**) that we booked at the same time. All the customer service staff can do is read from a script ( word for word never changes) and tell you to contact Customer Service by Email.

~ranger ron: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ranger ron: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Allegiant's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ranger ron: For that I would say one out of five.

~ranger ron: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Allegiant to know who you are.
