~kimvano2005: To fix a typo on a name (one letter) took a ** min. wait.Once on the line she got it changed quickly but to wait ** min. is nuts.There is not info on there web on how to change a flight using their trade marked trip flex plan which I paid $** extra dollars for just in case.I loaded their app. What a joke. It dose not work what so ever. I have entered my name and confirmation number * times with out it recognizing. I would say their website, customer service and app on a scale of *-** is a * at best. I just pry they fly their planes a little better then they conduct their business.
