~AHS Poor: Received the warranty with a home purchase. Did not want to renew it because we purchased all new appliances. Got the bill ignored it. Got a letter later stating they would turn it over for collection if we did not pay. Called them up and they told us that they just sent us out a standard letter and no one was going to turn us over to collection. That is the type of company you are dealing with.

~AHS Poor: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
