GetHuman-364204: I called as a former member(not retired and on Medicare)and I called from COLORADO...not realizing that this number is only for IL MO IN...I talked to a lovely woman named ANN(her manager is TAMMY)....she spent time with me trying to help me or tell me who I should contact....and she didnt have to at all!(She is in IN) I never send this kind of thing but have to this time! Thank you ANN... you speak very well for Blue Cross Blue Shield! (the lady from CO)
