GetHuman-417036: Bought *-yr protection plan with computer online but Apple did not ship plan info for over two weeks yet insists plan started day of purchase (not date I received plan info or even date I received computer.) What a rip. Thomas Martinez of Agreement Administration was a jerk (nicely put.) He basically told me that the plan start date is when you order the computer and I could go stuff myself. I regret buying this already. So when you buy "service" from Apple you do not get a full * years. Beware. This mentality tells me Apple does not care about its customers. I shudder to think what will happen when I do call them with a Q.

GetHuman-417036: For that I would say four out of five.
