~mad fire guy: asurion is like any other insurance company, they take your money every month but service is not in favor of the customer. I have an I phone that got damaged and now I have a refurbished I phone that is ****. My only option is to return the phone to them and they refund me my money. Total **** policy. If I request a new phone I should get a new phone. I should get the option of a new or refurbished phone but I have to take what they give me. I used them before and replaced a Droid Razor Maxx and the refurbished phone was a piece of ****. So I was stuck. Thanks for nothing asurion.
