~silk: first conversation ended when the phone was disconnected, call back and was told that my account is under review, when i ask why, i was told that someone will be calling me back within ** hours and then the phone will be shipped out the following so i might not receive my replacement phone until monday. this is my first time calling in over * years and this is how i'm greeted. not a happy individual, and the person on the end sound as if she wanted to go home. very, very disappointed. problem wasn't solved, nor were they polite and mannered.
