GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Asus customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~thanksASUS: There customer service is less than unhelpful. The person I spoke with couldn't understand anything I was saying. I got the RMA number and an email right away but had to call back to get the shipping lable so didn't have to pay for it. I called back once again to ask how to get my hard drive out before I sent it and the was told there was nothing he can do about it and he didn't know. I asked if he could transfer me to someone who can and all he said was "no, read your manual." I told him it wasn't in the manual anywhere and he told me to go find someone to help me because he couldn't.**On top of that, I went to my nearest Fed-Ex and of course the shipping lable didn't cover the packaging or the insurance. Plus Fed-Ex wont let you add insurance without paying for all the shipping, and you kinda need insurance if you tell your customers they are not liable for damages done in the shipping process. Riddle me this- Why pay of the shipping if it's entirely useless?

GetHuman: And what about Asus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~thanksASUS: For that I would say two out of five.

~thanksASUS: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Asus to know who you are.
