~adelaida: Had my gas cut of and called * times to do payment payment could not be taken as their system was down and my gas will not be turned until Monday. It is freezing cold and they said yeah it is and your service will be back on three days later. My stove works with gas so it is no heater and no cooked food for three days and they are ok with that I asked to discontinue my service and take it else were and they said you cant were the only natural gas providers for Dallas. I need to find a second option.

~adelaida: For that I would say four out of five.
