GetHuman-216392: If I didn't find this site (GET HUMAN!!), I don't know how I could have gotten to a person over at Bally's. The numbers on my renewal statement led only to prompt after prompt with "O" for operator not being an option. I was on the verge of checking out Gold's Gym! I'm glad somebody is giving companies feedback on the importance of people talking to people! Now if we could only do something about corporate big wigs shipping off American jobs to make the companies "more profitable" while the CEOs and boards make OBSCENE money! LMK!
