~Nlink: Well called in to have my book replaced and told me owned by previous person instead of telling me that information was on nook and how to find it they dismissed me told me to call company who sold it to me * days later I called back was made to go through the whole troubleshooting all over even though I explained was already done figured out where to find previous owner was in fact my husband not a previous owner same last name was a really bad experience wish the lady didn't have a gravey accent would made it easier and the first guy should've put better notes in made it a very frustrating call
